Geert Hofstede has carried out an extensive international research focused on the identification of cultural differences and their influence on behaviour and decision making. The Czech Republic was not included in this research. This contribution brings a compari¬son of the case study solution results achieved by French, German and British students in terms of attitudes towards uncertainty avoidance with those achieved by Czech students in the same type of case study. On the basis of the comparison of these results we may detect a development in managerial decision making on the part of Czech managers and provide them with guidelines for graduate education of Czech students at the Faculty of Economics and Management CZU.
